Why?

I don't think the team was picked by the WICB.

Leewards cricket is pathetic and instead of including some "quality" players they go with a set of useless players.

Blimey, 58/9. Rashid now in the wickets. Based on the XI, it looks like England will possibly go with Cook, Trott, Ballance, Bell, Root, Buttler, Stokes, Rashid, Jordan, Broad, Anderson for the first Test.

I have a feeling the WICB "schedule" only included the official test matches.

England may well have spoken to the WICB about these "warm up" games but I really don't think the WICB picked the team.

But if the WICB picked the XI then they are beyond stupid.

This sounds more like silly folks in St Kitts thinking they could "compete" against England.
