Game was lost when Samuels dropped catch and lost again when Vettori took that catch to have Samuels out
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

Wait, folks actually stayed up to watch WI bat.
Don't blame the batsmen, sorry as they are, blame the bowlers.
230 to 260 and WI had a shot. Above that and the game was gone. 350+, well don't even think that the batsmen will get close.
At this level and against quality teams you MUST take your catches. Samuels miss cost WI 200+ runs. Glad it was Samuels and not anyone else.
In the Pak/Australia game the record books will show a fairly comfortable victory for Australia but who knows what would have happened had Watson not been dropped off Riaz, who was in the middle of a brilliant spell.
WRT the captaincy Holder may be learning but he has a long long long way to go. Just like he did against the UAE he let the game drift. He needs to look closely at someone like Clarke who is always looking to make something happen. And later on, as the commentators pointed out, you cannot captain from long off!!
The truth is that the best 4 teams at the tournament are in the semi finals and both games promise to be quite fascinating.
