True. None of the English counties will pay for our domestic players. An internationally recognised WI player might get a spot, but even that is unlikely.

They can place them in County League Clubs.

However Internationals will only be allowed to play at County level....

Shiv and Sarwan had County contracts.

The likes of Johnson, Blackwood etc would really develop...
