inahve seen many very good ODI batsmen and a very few excellent/ great ones but this lad deVilliers surely must be the most complete, devastating 360 player ever!!!
The chap is simply phenomenal and the best I have ever seen!

I wondered where my poor grandmother went when she died. Little did I know she became a bowler for the West indies. At over 150 years, she seems to have made the team because of the talentless misfits lazing around Guyana and the islands.

Well it's the West Indies he's playing. (Make that toying with). It's like taking marbles from kids. Once you play W.I the records are there for the taking. Our boys lack pride and don't understand our history, so it's just another game. Winning becomes a habit and so does loosing. W.I won again. That's their place. They are comfortable there. It is so sad but if one don't have a problem then how can you solve one.Our players are disrespectful and insular. Look at Gayle. He was asked to comment on his innings and got into a tirade about the World Cup squad. Washing our linen in public. There is atime and place for everything. But, really what has Pollard or Bravo done to deserve selection, or we are running a friendly club. Was it England, Australia or an American sport all of them would have been sacked. It is all about being accountable. I know in any part of the world one is held accountable for work assigned that's not done properly. Oh! I forgot, our boys are not working, but having fun. At World Cup it's not about winning but sight seeing, running women and drinking. As Gayle said when he was captain. Australia is supposed to beat us. They are better, man bring the beers, let's drink. Where there is no vision a people perish. A person who don't know or understand their history is bound to repeat their mistakes. We are still their slaves. Mentally of course. So darn sad but.......... I feel for Lloyd and the old school guys who understood where they came from and what cricket meant to the Caribbean people. It's about unity, education and strength. If our for parents had the attitude being displayed by our cricketers where would we be today. Still in the fields of course. But, alas, we are still there, because the measure of a man is his mind. This may be too above our boys for them to understand. How many of them can read and understand anyhow.
