Why lower the bar? Scoring fifties is an insignificant stat in the bigger scheme of things.
Conversion to centuries is more important and in this regard Chanderpaul rank the lowest from all the players that you listed.

Ramo:
* Did you know only 9 batsmen in test history have scored more hundreds than Shiv ?
See link:
LINK
* Anyway, Shiv has scored enough hundreds(30)----he needs 4 more fifties to accumulate 100 scores over fifty.
*
Once Shiv reaches 12,000 runs with a 50+ test average and 100+ scores over fifty he can cruise from there.

Ramo:
* You're dead wrong! Shiv does not have the lowest conversion rate of the players listed.
* Shiv has converted 30 of his 96 scores over fifty---that's a CONVERSION RATE of 31.25%
* Alan Border converted 27 of his 90 scores over fifty----do the math and tell me what his CONVERSION RATE was.
