I submit it was Pybus Financial stupidity on FUNDING that franchise system and retaining

a slew of Players that was the Basis of the Players 75% pay cut :

Funding is the responsibility of the CEO and CFO. Pybus can propose strategies and implement them.

Ketchy ... Pybus is employed by the WICB.  He is not the WICB CEO !!!

He can suggest and implement changes but these still have to be approved/ratified by the WI Board/Cameron.

Pybus can't catch me .... but he'd better watch out that he's not set up by Cameron !!!  ;)
