* That 106 was Kalli's 12th and last test hundred, It was scored in his 54th test.

* In his next test versus NZ Kalli scored a pair.

* It was all downhill form there on.

He had a bad patch.  All good players go through that.  I think there were some underlying resentment of Kalli taking over the team whilst the rest of the gang went to play Packer cricket a few years earlier and Kalli paid for it with that dropping.

steuuupps...hell no!!  Read Rohan Kallicharran's article to find out how the Big PuC hid the fact that Kalli was going to be dropped and they were supposedly friends but PuC never told Kalli.

The Babu got opened up like a can of beans on that delivery Googs.  Even Sobers got beaten by the swing and movement of those medium pacers.
