It's a huge blow for Pakistan. I am not sure as to why PCB refrained from appealing. They should have done that.

Agreed. That said I didn't see much wrong with this Al Amin guy's action, personally. But he's got reported. I think Peter George had a weird action although not sure if I'd say he pelts it. But that's the only thing I can remember.
I think Oz and Eng both have rigorous standards WRT chucking, they don't give bowlers who do chuck free pass at grass root level.

I don't remember anyone being reported from these countries either. It's always someone from Pakistan or Shri Lanka.
