A portion of the British Asian population that not only does not cheer for the English team, but rejoices in abusing and ridiculing those from their own background who succeed. That is alarming
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

They shouldn't look into this too much.It is a connection to your culture and whats wrong with that.Don't they have choice..?.It is just a game and acc to the international body even a Pakistani can root for India and "boo" back at them. Its perfectly fine.
Honestly with their present form..I wouldn't be too much surprised even if Britons start to neglect them..or abuse them..

What else are they supposed to do when their team is not even putting up a fight? Obviously, they are going to cheer for the other team an boo their own team out of frustration.

Britons will not neglect its team, even when losing. I would not.
I disagree with you as those born and bred here supporting another team suggest their loyalty is elsewhere. It is quite different having an appreciation for your heritage.
If the boot was on the other foot I am sure your views would be quite different.

All great points, Mail. Regardless of whether England are winning or losing, playing well or poorly, the support and passion never waivers.

The loyalty needn't be for a team you were born in at all.As i already said we have a choice.Support the ones that play well. This makes you legally binding to support your home country.I am not saying you shdn't,but if you feel there are better players elsewhere. There is no wrong in supporting them right.
AS long as you pay your taxes and be a good citizen..that should itself be a privilege to the term "loyalty".

White English people will never accept Blacks and browns as real English people regardless whether they were born there or not. Reason that UKIP has been so successful
The Indians are free to support whichever team they so chooses.
Personally I cannot wait for when Scotland is amputated from Britain.

I fiercly, 100% disagree with this statement. While there are some that may feel that way, it is unfair to issue a blanket statement such as this.
