What can Chanderpaul teach the younger players? His style of batting is boring and outdated. his style might be good enough for Guyana, but not for international cricket. Windies need inspirational figures and players that show good natural skill levels, more consistency and confidence, instead of being at the wicket and appearing unsure, wasting precious time and not putting up big scores against good international teams.
Frankly speaking, Chandrapaul is very uninspiring as a player and he gets a lot more credit than he really deserves.
