England won the toss and elected to field. India are 178/4 (37.2 ovs). Sharma was out for 52. Kohli a duck and Suresh Raina is looking in good nick with an unbeaten 42. Woakes has been the pick of the England bowlers, taking 2/14 from 4 overs. Tredwell has been as steady as ever, chipping in with 2/27 from 8 overs.

Teams batting second have a better record at Cardiff but 304 might prove too much for England here. Magical knock from Suresh Raina. Poor bowling from Stokes.

I do not like the balance of the team with Stokes, Woakes and Jordan.


I would have played Ali and Finn and left out one of the above plus Treadders.


It would be a great performance to pull of this one.
