England have responded by charging Jadeja with a Level 2 offense under the ICC Code of Conduct for his role in the dust up. A level 2 offense carries a a fine between 50-100 percent of the match fee and/or up to two suspension points.

In all likelihood Jimmy will get a 2-4 test match ban and Jadeja a 1 test match ban.

Exactly,because India would want to bring in Ash for the second test,but you know what,the hearing will take place only sometime later and it surely won't happen before the second test.
I am surprised about the Level 3 offence,because mostly this is all under Level 2.How did it all escalate so fast..??
