* Some of these nasty, stinking, filthy pigs like Colin Croft can no longer hide their prejudice.
* Shiv is the best and most productive batsman in the West Indies team, but dirty Croft wants him to be discarded.
* Croft throws in Chris Gayle's name, but Shiv is the person he wants gone from West Indies cricket.
* It paints the filthy Croft to see Shiv approach 12,000 runs at a 50+ test average.
* He can't stand the thought of Shiv becoming the highest runs scorer in WI test history.
* PREJUDICE---Plain and simple.

* Imagine that---Shiv is the most loyal and dedicated of West Indies ever.
* And here you have a dirty, rotten scoundrel like Croft
a man who sold his soul for dirty South African money----calling for a man of character like Shiv to be dropped.

Croft has played 27 tests more than many and in those 27 tests made a significant impact with more than 4 wickets per test a very favourable comparison with the very best ever.
In addition to Kallicharan and others,Croft did tour South Africa but he has made some sensible points about the unnecessary team change for Barbados, the sacking of the selectors and the inclusion of Gayle and Shillingford.
Fancy selecting Gayle for a test series and not T20? How preposterous is that? Fact is he was unfit and should not have been selected and the same applies to Shillingford as he seems ineffective without the Doosra.
Although he has a point about Shiv's selfishness and it is true Shiv looked very limited in the tests. It is also true Shiv has not been doing that well for Derby prior to the series. It is also true to me he seems spent and the end is nigh, you do not speak about long standing servants with such bluntness and disrespect and to some extent that applies to Gayle as well.
Bangladesh is a good time for Gayle and shiv to make way for some youngsters but I think Shiv should be retained as a mentor, much like Dravid, for that and the South african series to enable a smooth transition.
However I am shocked Croft gave Gibson a free pass to hold a role despite his continued failure to mould a team.
I do not think shiv will be dropped but I hope he retires before he makes a fool of himself as that would be far too sad for many to take.

READ THIS SHIV QUOTE:
* Shiv Chanderpaul is a true professional. He is a man who takes great pride in his cricket and his performance. Shiv will know when it is time to hang up his boots. But as long as he is the best batsman in the West Indies team and among the Top 10 batsmen in the world, he is currently ranked #5, he will keep playing tests.

CHECK THE AVERAGES BY 2 CURRENT WI GREATS SINCE JAN 2013
37.26---Darren Bravo's average in 9 tests since Jan 2013
26.63---Kirk Edwards average in 6 tests since Jan 2013
* Those 2 greats, Bravo and Edwards are guaranteed to keep their places in the WI team with those averages.
* Croft is very proud of those 2.
* But if Shiv were to have those numbers he will know its time to leave.
*
By the way, Shiv has averaged 55.23 in 10 tests since Jan 2013.

As usual Croft is spot on in regards to Chanderpaul . I disagree with the Quote that he used from Winston Churchill " keep buggering off" . He should have used the other quote in Chanderpaul case " this is not the end , this is not even the beginning of the end but perhaps this is the end on the beginning
