What I mean is that you can replace all 11 players with any players you choose and the result will be the same.

There's a good reason WI first class competition is referred to as "dung heap"

I know that man.I am dealing with it from an angle I think possible...the most progressive angle given that there is very little likelihood that there will be any reform from the bottom up at this point

the problem is in the stupid bureaucratic nature of west indian administration that has grown up around west indies cricket since 1995.  the bureaucracy has stiffed the game by substituting the interest of the state/bureaucracy for that of the cricket, at the expense of the players...and fans

to this end the bureaucracy has assembled at factory Road the worst most amenable types of personnel  to bureaucracy.  they are all anti-player suck-up parasitic bureaucratic types, who squeeze the cricket and the players.. and their very presence  discourages the attitude and performance of the team

yet the players are responsible for their own professionalism and we cant let them walk for their poor play

which is forgiving Sarwan and Deo ...Arbitration awards :
