WI Test captaincy has little to do with Ramdin

1. Gayle and Samuels don't want the captaincy.
2. Shiv dont want the captaincy
3. Darren Bravo is too young for the captaincy
4. Roach is a good choice but is always too injured to captain
5. K. Edwards is a good choice, based on being a regional captain, but has little experience on the international level
6. There are no good fast bowlers who play consistently for the WI team in the running for captaincy
7. Sarwan is washed up
8. Ramdin has captained Trinidad for many years, and while his international record is largely mediocre, he is now the only senior player who WI have not tried as captain.

The point is, you cant give the captaincy to anyone other than Ramdin. There's nobody else there and nobody else who wants it. Ramdin is not a captain because he deserves it, but because WI cricket is in a big ole mess.

Sarwan is NOT washed up.

Sarwan is the rightful successor for this position.

Sarwan is washed up. They ruined his career, messed with his mind and totally destroyed him. The whole situation just makes me angry, because he had so much fire.

If he wasn't booted from the team, Sarwan would probably rightfully be captain now, but I can't see him coming back at all. Even in the CPL he looks out of touch. The man is gone.

Poor diagnosis:

sarwan will get treatment for those bulging or herniated disk ...

and be back with a Bang !

I dont know if I Sarwan or anyone should be mad about not being Windies captain! It has been the albatross around the neck of many good & great cricketers! That is the hot potato I would not want in my hand! too much political BS and stupid greedy ppl in the WICB!
