Duminy to Johnson,  He is actually asking for a catch down leg, but Duminy is adamant they review this.

Smith is not on the field, but AB listens to Duminy and goes for it...

Was just worried about his "form slump" this series, and bam, back with another sparkling ton, yo.
I would say declare straightaway, and put some faith in the bowlers. I don't see SA scoring lots here.
