that list is in the wrong order!!  Back in the days of WI 6 prong, Lillee and Thompson they measured differently than from today.  They used to measure the speed of the ball when it almost hit the bat.  These days (from Ahkar era onwards) they measuring speed when the ball leaves the bowler's hand.
