if Holder is in that side he must be played before Russell.  Russell is a waste of time.  he is just an ordinary player who is not decisive with bat or ball.

now Holder can be decisive with the ball and contribute really well with the bat.

it was threadbare attack.  the only player available who could have made that attack into an effective force was Holder.  they did not play him.  that = loss!

15 ODIs average 17.06. Ok he played his last ODI 3 years ago but I have always sensed he is never out of favour with the selectors.

17 T20's average 11.46.

What does he bring that these figures are not telling me?

no no. in the interim he went to the hPC and did well last dung heap.  so another chance.

but Fletcher is only the start. Walton is in the team too.  that is so sweet.  it wud have been better to play one of fletcher and walton and add Holder anyway.

it was idiocy to play both the keepers.  but idiocy is a member of the west indies selection committee

Fletcher , Johnson and Russel does not  belong on any Westindian team.
