Would a change of Selectors help ?

Yes. I know that the WI need some grass root changes, but selectors need to change ASAP with the coach. First let the rotting infection go away, then think about the surgery.

Good point.

Although the selection panel require change, selecting another panel who are puppets would be equally ineffective, in my view.

The selectors have to be independent but flexible to take advice from the Board rather than being manipulated.

Even if there is absolute independence and the best players are placed into a non workable environment then performances would be unaltered.

Therefore that environment of Manager, Coach and Captain required immediate review,with a view of actioning immediate change following the New Zealand series.

Remove Sammy and put someone who knows how to play in charge and the things will start improving. The selectors should be the next step.
