You notice how the Babu kept himself fit and trim ? The man will be 78 on boxing day and is still fit as a fiddle. That's one of the keys to longevity in life---staying fit and trim---healthy diet and exercise---and lots of quality sushi ;)---that's the magic formula right there.   ;D
