One .) People who do NOT evacuate should be fined very heavily AND do some serious jail
  time! They endanger OTHER HUMAN BEINGS and cost us all so much when they have to be rescued and treated due to their stubborn stupidity.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

I hope they jail their asses.  They had to carry out a rescue on Fire Island, and lost a police car in the process.

they can always got to the top the higher floors of buildings they are in, away from the water.. and hope they don't collapse
