you know what i have resigned from jobs before and i never had a problem.
2 weeks notice and everything was fine.
this place - i didnt think of this. and to be honest i completely forgot about that 21 days notice since i signed this damn contract 2.5 years ago.

well let me talk to the boss tomorrow first
she was supposed to work from home today cause she was sick and after i talked with her she sent an email stating that she is taking the afternoon as a sick day.
i may follow Ketchims advise and to hell with them after 2 weeks
i have asked for a copy of the employment agreement - cause i dont remember where i put my copy

why would i want to give so much time to a company? its not like they can hire someone and train them in 21 days.
they also have to give notice to whereever they are and then do training etc
it makes no sense.
one of the pharmacists told me hers is 14 days.

Well usually the employer can buy out your 2 weeks in the form of an in lieu of notice payment or a severance payment if they terminated your employment. But since you quit they will let you work those 2 weeks instead.
