I have always wondered about this Krish
and quite often it makes me very very angry
a cousin of mine did this to his mother
he was in canada enjoying a very good life but never visited his mother (my one and only mamee) back in Gy....never sent a penny for her
(he was very involved in the local Masjid even putting up all of the money to build the minaret
when she passed away the family in guyana could not even find him
they had to call me and i had to go through several people to locate him
then he calls his famo and tell him to hold the body because he wanted to attend the funeral
so he buys cotton and nice lace for 'urhnie' and took it home to show the world
i have never spoken to him ever again
if only he remembered that 'heaven lies at the feet of thy mother' NOT in building a minaret.
aahhhh....us humans....will we ever learn???
