Well I don't accept things at face value...and even if they tell me that something is good, I gotta mek sure it is good for me before I say that it is good..

these are the what I consider to be factual.
there was a substitution of sugar for fat in the diet which was dead wrong
cholesterol is not a problem but the substitued sugars are..especially aspartame and high fructose.
I dont what the chemical make-up of high frustose is but it is differfent from cane..wat is cane C6 12 and 6? I forget...
the body apparently has no receptors for high fructose and it combines with hydrologized oils to wear down human arteries, causing chronic inflammation, which makes it impossible for the arteries to do its ciculatory job of moving liquids around in the body.
that is what stops the cholesterol in the arteries, choking-off the heart, resulting in heart attacks.
one prominent herat sergeon came out and stated from the fact that in every one of the 7k hearts he opened, he saw suffered from chronic inflammation... and from there he went on to discover that the cause was the oils and sugars in combination.
that is what sanjay and CBS hides...the combining of hydrologised oils and sugar to create a bomb inside the human body.
if you planning to drink all them sweet drinks, eat all the sugary things fried in the oils, to cook with them in your home...you are toast. that is the point.
cholesterol is essential element in human bodies..ESPECIALLY FOR OLDER PEOPLE...AND DARKER PEOPLE IN COLD CLIMATES.
cholesterol performs many critical functions in the human body the most essential of which I know to be healing the body when it is damaged.. and the synthesizing of Vitamin D in the skin in combination with sunlight.
in cold countries darker people are vitamin D challenged due to lack of sunlight. and after 60 or so the body takes more time to heal and to produce vitamin D.
the human body loses gradually its ability to synthesize vitam D with age. so if you do not have adequate cholesterol levels you will not produce the vitamin D the body needs in contact with the sunlight.
the more cholesterol you have and the more sunlight older people are exposed to in colder countries, the MORE HEALTH THEY MAY ENJOY. they can remain well... for vitamin D does just about all the body needs to stay helthy.
and of course if older people need operations, suffer broken bones etc without high cholesterol they wont heal easy. so with a low fat diet no wonder we have all the problems of old age we do have.
fat is not the problem...SUGAR AND OILS IN COMBINATION IS THE PROBLEM.
AND SANJAY GUPTA HIDES THAT AS HE IS IN LEAGUE WITH THE ELITES... ONE OF THEM. HE DOES NOT WANT TO MAKE IT EASIER TO CONNECT THE DOTS AND MAKE THE OBVIOUS CONCLUSION:
somebody put the combined food sitauation in place dilberately to injure people, make them sick and chronically ill..to kill them sooner or later...while profiting all the time

I get BG sugar at the bulk store. I may or may not use a half teaspoon in tea or coffee.
I love to make bread and my kids eat only the bread I make in which I use the best ingredients I can find...unbleached white flour, graham flour, oat and barley etc... egg whites... butter and lard NO SHORTENING OR MARGARINE..sea salt and yeast.. and milk...no water.
I use a a teaspoon of sugar to rise up the yeast before I include it in the bread mix.
I can and do avoid all the sugar/oil poison on the shelves. I dont eat the nonsense..no chips, no commerical breads, no pop, no tim hortons, no second cup, no fast food at all..
I eat and drink water in bottles not plastic..sometimes carbonated. I take my chances with organic milk..PC fruit juices, rice, meats, egg whites. straight meat sausages, veggies and ground provisions
I dont make these products so I cant gurantee their quality.
but based on all i able to do for myself in these conditions there is none of the crap sugars and oils in the ingredients I have listed here
