do you have to make a shake with it Nargis, or can you eat it as a cereal with milk?

oh.....my younger grandson can't drink cow's milk.....so his mom gives him rice and hemp milks!.....and he does not 'get a buzzzz'!  ::lol::

you can make like a cereal on its own.  but i should mention that it has no taste...so you want to add it to something


but i am going to put on top of plain oatmeal and my shakes.
