I am on other sites  also but what I notice here is that peoples interests are divergent, Sometimes I notice  that a topic that in my mind  should be of interest but will have zero response and similarly with the opposite

imho, many users of this site are highly indoctrinated to their various beliefs. trying to engage in civil (or even argumentative) discourse about social or political ideology is moot.

i will google some innovative ways to attract members. i am not looking back at those who no longer participate for various reasons but to bring in fresh experiences and perspectives.
