To those who think that they they are experts on the narcotic situation ... First of all  Roger Khan was working closely with the DEA, here is a man with a simple army surplus store in New York who suddenly became a power broker in  Guyana .
  He was financed by the  DEA and afforded all the protections necessary. This man was fucking a daughter and  the police chief Felix was fucking the mother and without going into details , I can tell you that  Roger khan installed listenening devices in the mother bedroom and intercepted and recorded all Felix calls , some of these calls were extremely embarrasing and even  treasonous .
Needless to say that Felix was furious  when he found out and he was going to kill Roger KHAN who was advised to flee to Surinam. Once there there, the DEA realised that Surinam did not have an extradition treaty with the States  and so they told him to go to trinidad , where he was arrested and sent to New  York.  This was all done to protect  Roger Khan and his trial in New  York was a farce . His  holdings  in GT is still owned by him and soon he will return.
Now to Sat Sawh , here was a man that just  became the minister of agriculture and unknowing to him , permission was granted by his predecessor to build an air strip in the interior of Guyana, most likely to be used for drug shipments . Swah was  furious when he found out and rescinded the permission , a    position he would not budge from . What he did not know was that he signed his death warrant. 
In reality the guyana govt is powerless to stop the drug trade , same as all the south american countries.. Every country that the Drug Enforcement Agency is involved in also happens to have increased drug activity . They are upset at venezuela and  Bolivia because they are denied access to those countries.
Fine man did not  murder Sat  Sawh ,  Sat  was a victim of a conspiracy by unknown very powerful interests . Those that keep harping about Drug deo .. Fagdeo  really knows fuckall about all the intrigues and are consumed by blind hatred .
