In a single week in April, there were three incidents in which Israeli settlers destroyed Palestinian farms and paved the roads in the districts of Nablus, Jerusalem and Bethlehem. In separate incidents, settlers attacked olive groves, cutting down trees that are hundreds of years old and belong to Palestinian families who traditionally subsisted on them.

"The stance of Maldives is clear; we stand against injustice and in solidarity with the Palestinian people’s struggle to secure their inalienable right to statehood.
All relations between Maldives and Israel remain suspended, including the ban on Israeli products," President's spokesperson said.
With that move tourists from Israel won't be allowed to enjoy their vacations in tourism scenic spot Maldives, along with exchange of Israelian made products.

jetted to Rome for consultations with US secretary of state Antony Blinken,
travelled to Amman for talks with his Jordanian counterpart
and addressed EU foreign ministers in Brussels.
To set a new tone in foreign relations after the divisive 12-year reign of
Benjamin Netanyahu.
