I mek ah Sammon brorf on saturday
I was at the fish store and see some nice sammon bones off of which deh take the stakes..a lotta meat. the man who cut orf dem stakes leave meat on the bones.
I buy 2 paks..with cive, lime, onion, tomato, mushroom and some green spinach dat jess come in fresh! fresh!
I wash and boil that fish bone with onion, cive, garlic, tomato, summer sage and some sal'..
wen it good and ready I shake off all the meat from the bones into the brorf and toss the bones.
den back on the fiyah to simmer. I add mushrooms, dem chop sive..some mickeys boil by the side, add to serve.
