I never take dese kinds of reports on the 'brlliance' of americans seriously

there are millons upon millions of amricans in high schools and universities.  and though the education is bad according to so many reports, I still visit web sites on which americans comment on global issues all the time..lots and lots of them.

and from what I see deh are not stupid at all, have not fallen so badly out of knowledge of the world as this report parodies.  if yu pick stupid people yu get stupid answers.

yet there is at least one guy in there whom I am certain turned the game back on the guy behind the mike.

I beat up on america all the time for it is an evil advantageous country.

but for that reason especially,I cannot afford to be inaccurate about them.  know thy enemy and have a chance.  misread them and suffer the cosequences

also lack of specifice knowledge  is no indicator of ability in any one..the possesion of or the lack of.

people caught up in the social pincer that is america are pressed immedialey with survival concerns.  american is a massive situation, any subsection of which demands focus in order to survive, by those alive in it.

the sense I get of those people who answer the guy behind the Mike is that deh are not paying atention to things they are remined they shud know by the questions themselves.

none of dem looked mentally infirm or incompetent. it would tak an hour or so for them to learn all deh shud if it became necessary.

the guy behind the mike knows this too.  he has been making work for himself dats all    ...pandering for popularty

The Turing Award, in full The ACM A.M. Turing Award, is an annual award given by the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) to "an individual selected for contributions of a technical nature made to the computing community. The contributions should be of lasting and major technical importance to the computer field".

Maurice V. Wilkes
Professor Wilkes is best known as the builder and designer of the EDSAC , the first computer with an internally stored program . Built in 1949, the EDSAC used a mercury delay line memory . He is also known as the author, with Wheeler and Gill, of a volume on "Preparation of Programs for Electronic Digital Computers" in 1951, in which program libraries were effectively introduced

Edsger W. Dijkstra
Edsger Dijkstra was a principal contributor in the late 1950s to the development of the ALGOL , a high level programming language which has become a model of clarity and mathematical rigor. He is one of the principal proponents of the science and art of programming languages in general, and has greatly contributed to our understanding of their structure, representation, and implementation. His fifteen years of publications extend from theoretical articles on graph theory to basic manuals, expository texts, and philosophical contemplations in the field of programming languages

Aldo? BREAKING ?

Former Australia opener Joe Burns will now play for Italy, aiming to help them qualify for the T20 World Cup 2026 in honor of his late brother and grandparents. ????

Burns' brother, Dominic, passed away in February this year. With the 34-year-old not receiving a contract from Queensland for 2024-25, he decided to make the switch.

He will wear the number 85 jersey to honor his brother. ❤️
