And I am sure the man also had the real goods (as overseas based Guyanese), but he failed to realize that he had a bad heart to begin with - it was a disaster waiting to happen. his failed to listen to doctor's orders, 'he head was too hard' and he paid with his life ... poor poor chap.

the way I see it family do not have a case. it was purely the man's fault. we don't know for a fact that the many bought the little blue pills from any pharmacy in Guyana, and even if he did he did so at his own risk. I am sure the new GPC probably have in stock supplies to last for the next five years. so if anyone wants to start legal proceedings they should start at NGPC.
