Mes, I am asking...how do you control these people? How do you maintain law and order when they are being ignored?

The police will have to account as to the reasons why they did what they did. I wasn't there, and I can't account for their reasoning. All I am saying is that the police needs to enforce the rules in Guyana...that may be the new direction for Guyana for a change...after all we all wnat change for the better good of all Guyanese.
