Apart from failing to provide security for the hard working man, and weeding out corruption in social services. Here is what has changed in Berbice since Jags took over. Again, lets deal with teh facts..not innunendos. I will leave that to our erstwhile al-shababa.
The University of Guyana, Berbice Campus, was established at Tain, Port Mourant.

Yes inspite of the crime....people are lauding the progress of the country. Guyanese and visitors alike...look even Veebees came back, and to be fair to her, she is as apolitical as it comes, and said how wonderful the country has progressed. Now that is not PPP..but proper people perception right here on krish's site....
