Some Hindus are so stupid I just cannot understand their stupid rituals with no values. what matter most in a hindu hindu wedding ceremony is the sense of duty that most Hindus have towards husband, wife, and family. These STUPID jACKASS talks too much about traditions. They should not assume things unless they honestly understand it.

well at least our weddings dont resemble a credit card application at a Home Depot...while our weddings are filled with pomp and circumstance all the stupid rituals mean something.

you are right, these north Americans hindu weddings are full or swings. We need to stop being worried about how much money will be spent at the wedding and how much your husband has or how much the wife has. We should pay attention to our family and our problems and not try to make them worst.

I think you are right,A hindu wedding/ marriage ceremony is very beautiful and full of symbolism. the marriage becomes a blending of two families. lots of celebration there...
