well hold on a second there Maps.....casey has done a good job with this team thus far....I personally feel that each player has the responsibility to play to his best ability at all times on that floor and no coach can manage that.
Derozan...i dont know from what problem he has on that court. I feel as if he is being paid to purposely throw the game out....there is no way a player with his potential can phuck up that bad in one sitting, but yet he can do it! he has showed he can play well...and then he has showed that he is a proper loser, out of control, doesnt listen to his teammates, know whose on the floor, knows how to pass the ball to SOMEONE and not just empty space...he is out of control and Casey waited too long to sit him down and out!
Biyombo...what the hell was he was doing? he cant play offense for shit! didnt someone think in the entire season that it would be crucial for this big guy to learn some offense????? Now we lost JV and what he used to do and how he used to contribute..there is no one to take over!
Noguera -that big mop head rookie....defending doesnt mean jumping everytime or reaching in...what a dumbo!
Ross - Dumbo no 2.! while he gave us some good shots...this man is unpredictable!! what can he do on the floor that we can count on??????? I STILL HAVE NO CLUE AND NEEDS TO BE FIRED!
They should have just put in Jerry StakeHouse and Jamal Maglore to play...seriously

Casey not using Biyombo in OT was perplexing .
We needed his size......... for that 5 minutes >

and heres the other thing....if you cant friggin shoot the ball and get it in the basket...pass the ball...move the ball on the floor...slow down and make maximum use of the clock..WTF...is this so hard to do ?
why arent they driving the paint? why are they ALWAYS on the perimeter making shots they CANNOT MAKE!
after all this..your right maps....what is Casey doing or coaching this team to do????

well he put in DEROZAN and Biyombo was sitting down for some unknown reason...
i swear... like these games are bet on and the raptors have to play according to the bets...
there is no reason for the this team to NOT win.

no no nooooo! human beings are not machines. we expect them to be professional and to work out how best to be as consistent as possible. that is why PROFESSIONALS get the most money, are the top dogs of the worker heap.
yet we know they are human and most critically are up against other professionals doing the same thing are as good as them and only the quality of the homework and preparation each teams does..and their professionalism on the job itself at any time , its quality will be decisive.
that is the nature of things and that is what makes a head coach necessary. but for that a team would be able to save the money and just let the players play on the court or on the field etc.
Casey and every coach has work to do..THE MOST CRITICAL PART OF WHICH IS GAME MANAGEMENT...THE GAME ITSELF, IN PROGRESS..TO UNDER STAND WHATS GOING ON AND TO COME WITH ATTACK ON THE TEAMS PROCLIVITIES ON THE NIGHT ITSELF, IN ADDITION TO ALL THAT IS DEVELOPED ABOUT THEM IN PRIOR PREPARATION
that is where Casey is falling down. I have already given him his pips for what you give to him above. I know he is a good coach, that has done well up to the point we see him fail consistently.
and I mean consistently for this series is a carbon copy of the Indiana series. Casey is making the same mistakes all the time... and THOSE MISTAKES ARE DECISIVE. THEY COST THE GAME..HAS COST GAMES!.
teams need head coaches who not only can x and o but are strategically sound on the go. who can see game flows and devise means to deal with them. Casey fails miserably on the score. he has been a consistent failure this way and I would not bee sooprised if the guys have not already stopped listening to him. I got that sense last night.
look here: CASEY LEFT THE RAPS ON THE COURT LAST NIGH FOR WHAT 10 MINUTES BRICKING THE GAME AWAY, DRIBBLING AND SHOOTING AND BRICKING WHILE MIAMI BUILT UP WHAT A 17 POINT LEAD.
HE DID NOT DO A DAM THING, DID NOT CALL A TIME OUT, SAID NOTHING, DID NOTHING, JUST LET IT FLOW
well that is not the way to play basketball..to let your team dig a big hole for itself and force them to climb out of it if they hope to win. the very least he had to do something about DeRozan bricking the game away.
a player on a team cant do that. he does not have the right or the power to play like that, to shoot as he wants. what are the team's plans for the game..did it include DeRozan doing whatever the hell he liked trying to get out of his own personal funk at the teams expense.
who the hell plays basketball that way in this highly professional age ::confused:: ::confused:: ::confused::

all ah dat. you see what I mean Nargis!
was that part of the game plan prepared before the game ::confused::
given the way the team plays NO! that could not have been the plan.
EVERYONE IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD ANTICIPATED THE RAPS TO ATTACK THE BASKET, TO GET INSIDE, IN THE PAINT. BUT THEY DID NOT DO THAT..WHILE THE HEAT DID EXACTLY THAT TO THE RAPS WITH JV OUT
and if it was not the plan...who the hell is coaching the team so that it goes out on the floor and does what it wants ...not what was planned ::confused::
it was the same with DeRozan. he cant score, his shots refuse to drop... so who the hell told him he has the power to shoot at will in effort to solve his own shooting woes at the expense of the team ::confused:: ::confused:: ::confused::
the more I look at it the more lunatic and out of control the Raps appeared last night..IN A CRUCIAL GAME IN WHICH THEY COULD TAKE AN UNASSAILABLE LEAD. THEY COME OUT POORLY PREPARED AND DOING WHATEVER THE HELL THEY LIKED.
it seems to me that Casey may not be in charge of that team anymore..that they are not paying attention to him

well Casey said he is going to Ride and Die with Lowry and Derozan
the best play from Derozan last night was when he kicked that ball in Dragics face!
at the end of everything - i think they set up the games this way to come back to make money.
thats all it comes down too.
