No Idea.
All I know when i left Cecil was de mayor.
Village Council had the Market and the streets.... clean as a whistle.
Everyone had manicured lawns
Alexander street had a GPO and Police Station
and was becoming a business HUB....

It is amazing to hear how somewhere in the Earth are still places where garbage is left on the streets. It starts smelling quite rapidly especially in warm conditions and it may even contaminate drinking water and spread deceases.

Well it's their own mess and they should be responsible for their actions. Don't just throw the trash on the streets. Find another garbage bin for crying out loud >

A Sunday night gathering ended tragically after a fight resulted in the deaths of two men near a popular bar in Manchester, Corentyne.
The incident which occurred sometime between 11.30 pm and midnight, claimed the lives of Mark Simon, 29, of Liverpool, Corentyne and Kempton Gray, 23, of Alness, Corentyne. Three others, Bhiron Robertson, called ‘Bows’, 31, of Liverpool; Samuel Fraser, 32, of Liverpool and Gary Tyndall, 32, of Courtland, Corentyne, sustained gaping wounds about their bodies.
When Stabroek News approached the owner of the bar for a comment he stated that the incident did not occur on his premises, but next door. He also stated that when the fight broke out he was at his home and by the time he got to the scene friends and family were taking injured victims to the hospital.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.
