Huh, maybe that's why some former classmates now in Saudi Arabia aren't showing any pictures of them celebrating Valentine's day. On the other hand, my husband's sister is in Dubai right now and they seem cozy there, she's with her boyfriend.

I cannot really stop any other country from what rules they want to make. They have cultures or traditions that they'd want to maintain. And maybe Valentine's day just doesn't abide by those cultures and traditions at all.
