Ive eaten too much

Had me a large bowl of  vichychoisse , which I made yesterday

im in meeting after meeting today and small emergencies here and there

I know how you feel. I cannot eat too much sushi at lunch. When I eat too much I get bloated and feel sleepy in the middle of the day. I feel like a lazy person.
