Speaker of the National Assembly, Raphael Trotman today offered up his resignation prior to giving his ruling on whether to allow a motion tabled by Leader of the Parliamentary Opposition Brigadier David Granger, to effectively gag the Minister of Home Affairs Clement Rohee.
