She had to tighten the reins because of Jim Leher's poor job at the first debate where he let Rumney bully him and control the entire proceedings.  Rumney tried that several times in this debate but she interjected and told him sit his cracker ass down. ::lol::

I did not have to see the debate...I know the astringent value of sunlight..as fumigant and disinfectant...the best and most effective there is
