Can be useful , If there are good listeners !

by a disgruntled ex female employee !

the industry is small - and i dont know what the future holds so i cannot bad talk them

actually there is nothing to talk bad about.

i got alot of benefits from working here.

don't you just leave ..why do they need a exit interview ...if they were indeed good why are their employees leavin..

to get a feel for why employees leaving  :wink:

well what are the reasons ppl leave for a job?

2) found a new oppourtunity

Well they probe the reason for being disguntled.

as well as why U see the grass as greener with the Competition !
