no animal fat was ever used!!


was either mustard oil, vegetable oil or coconut oil!


they claim it as 'Halal' and double the price!!  ::redcard::

in gy everbady used to and still do make their own achar.


i suppose if you are buying commercial then it is good to know the ingredients (which i always read anyway cause i don't like the taste of mustard oil)

my lunch today was ravioli stuffed with spinach and smothered in a  meat tomato sauce , courtesy of chef boyardee

today's lunch....salad with....get this.....chopped up hot pickled golden apple i got from guyana!!


and it is delish!! 


Artie.....did you bring any goodies from guyana?

coconut choka,  fish curry, salara, buck cake, chinee cake, pepper, tambrinn ball, chicken foot and sowah.  :grin:
