Why dont the Government chase down the Electricity " Thieves "

However Ketchim, the Lindeners have been enjoying subsidized tariffs for a long time and someone told me that it is because of the opposition cuts in the budget that the need for increasing tariffs came about.


There is a lot more in the mortar than the pestle it seems ....
