i actually came home and made stew snapper  hocked:

i don't usually cook on fridays.....but dis man bought the fish and i had to cook it while it is nice and fresh

it was worth it though.....delish!

Fed up of meat so I made Bhaji with saltfish, tomatoes and onions :

and a Scotch Bonnet !

Dhall and rice...

my mouth still blazing !
