Most of the Hindus in Pakistan lives in the Tharparkar district. Although Tharparkar was around 80% Hindu in 1947, the British awarded it to Pakistan.


Tharparkar is a part of the Sindh province, and the entire province was handed over to Pakistan, rather than dividing it between the two countries (like Punjab and Bengal).
