if they can put up an ad to advertise a website for married men to cheat on their wives why cant a religious message go up?

In 2009, it permitted an ad by the Canadian Atheist Campaign declaring:

“There’s probably no God. Now stop worrying and enjoy your life.”....

I don't seem to understand this. Muslims are usually well-behaved, gentle, civilized people. Yet Hindus hate them, no matter what. Why this irrational hate?
