We take that which we love and admire the most for granted. I've always found this ironic but it is true. We treat strangers better than we do our own loved ones, even to the point of making our family members wait to see us while we do things we don't want to do for other people just because it's expected of us.

thats human nature. once the novelty is worn out, not much interest is left.
but you dont have to do anything for anyone else if you dont want to.

we have to learn to prioritize
for me....family comes first
and even with family there is a 'pecking' order
my immediate family is #1....meaning my husband, children & grandchildren
