London visitors could be soon visiting the “Big Beth†instead of the Big Ben.
A group of British lawmakers are lobbying for the ability to name the clock tower at the Houses of Parliament as
Elizabeth Tower, as a tribute for the Queen’s years of service to England.
The “Big Ben†moniker itself actually refers to the bell inside the famous clock tower, not the name of the tower itself.
