i hate when ppl only shake your fingers as a hand shake...whatever happened to a full on hand shake?

it means they dont want to meet you again

this was the lady that did my taxes....she put out her hand to shake mine and only shook my fingers....

i mean my hands are clean and i got a manicure last night...what the heck
