what these people have to do is to start the repair ball rolling themselves.

deh have to get the experts in immediately to assess the siuation, cary out environmental wuk and develop the correction plan

the village shud set up an organisation focuse on that, subsrcible money to pay for it and keep records.

and when the plan is completed hire contractors and get the work done.

they must pay wat they could..make sure the contratcors employ as many villagers as possible...or set up and contract the wuk demselves..so deh make money off themselves and make sure the work is properly done.

and in time the government must compensate them for the project acomplished... with interest as well.

an' if the government doh comply quick enuff is lawsuit in deh skin.

and all the time the money grows for the longer it takes the government to pay the more interest accrues.

deh wasting time. deh suffer and risk deh lives becuase the government will not respond quickly to a life and death situation for some of its citizens...in the face of all that oil money flowing into the nation.

allyuh see the price of ah barrell ah oil.  Trinidad bathing in money and deh cyar repair immediaely a simple mountainside road for the people.

nonsense!
